URL Status Distribution

Visualize the breakdown of prioritized, queued, and excluded URLs to understand your automation coverage.

The Status Distribution widget helps visualize the relative weight of each URL category in your automation system.

Status Categories

Success

Prioritized URLs

Scanned most frequently to ensure critical pages always have up-to-date structured data. These URLs take precedence in the processing queue.

Pending

Queued URLs

Pending generation based on their assigned cadence. These URLs are scheduled for processing but not yet actively being scanned.

Inactive

Excluded URLs

Deliberately ignored from automation. These pages won't be scanned or generate structured files until their priority is changed.

Hovering over each segment in the distribution chart displays percentage and count values, giving you precise insights into your automation coverage.

How to Use Status Distribution

Reading the Distribution

  • Large green segment

Strong coverage — most of your important pages are prioritized

  • Rising orange segment

Backlog growing — consider lowering cadence or excluding low-value pages

  • Gray segment

Intentionally excluded — no issue, these pages are deliberately ignored

Optimizing Your Distribution

An ideal distribution depends on your site's structure and update frequency needs:

  • High-traffic sites – Prioritize landing pages, product pages, and frequently updated content
  • Content-heavy sites – Use normal cadence for most pages, prioritize only key articles
  • E-commerce sites – Prioritize product pages and category pages, exclude administrative pages
