The dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It tells you whether your structured layer is healthy, growing, and up to date.
What the numbers mean
Pages Geordy is actively structuring.
If this is 0, nothing is configured yet.
Total structured files produced across all URLs.
Should be roughly 6-8x your URL count (one per format type).
Pages waiting to be scanned or regenerated.
A growing queue means pages are being processed. A stuck queue needs attention.
Timestamp of the most recent scan activity.
If this is days old and you have scheduled refreshes, something may be paused.
Quick health check
Open the dashboard and answer these three questions:
1. Is your structured layer growing?
URL count and format count should increase as you add pages. If they're flat, check whether new URLs have been added recently.
2. Is anything stuck?
A processing queue that never empties may indicate a scan error. Try regenerating a single page manually to confirm it works.
3. Is automation running?
Check the last scan timestamp. If you've set refresh frequencies but the timestamp is old, verify your scheduling settings under URLs & Scanning.
Red flags
If URL count, format count, and last scan haven't changed in 24+ hours:
- Confirm you've added at least one URL
- Check that formats are enabled (not all paused)
- Check your DNS configuration if using a custom domain
