Formats Not Updating

Resolve issues when generated files aren't regenerating on schedule.

If a format hasn't regenerated recently, it usually means cadence, priority, or connection settings need adjustment.

Check Format Settings

Verify that the format is enabled in your configuration.

Check the refresh frequency for the affected URLs.

Understanding Update Timing

Geordy updates files based on the cadence you've set for each URL. Here's what affects update timing:

  • Cadence setting: Determines how often a URL is eligible for scanning
  • Priority level: Prioritized URLs are processed first in the queue
  • Credit availability: Scans pause if you've reached your monthly credit limit
  • Queue position: URLs are processed in order based on priority and next scheduled run time
