Resolve issues when generated files aren't regenerating on schedule.
If a format hasn't regenerated recently, it usually means cadence, priority, or connection settings need adjustment.
Stale Format Files

Navigate to Settings → Formats and ensure the toggle is enabled for the format that's not updating.
Verify Cadence Settings
Cadence options and their update schedules:
- • Daily: Updates every 24 hours
- • Weekly: Updates every 7 days
- • Monthly: Updates every 30 days
Check URL Priority
Trigger Manual Scan
In the URL Dashboard, click the Actions menu for the URL and select Scan Now.

Understanding Update Timing
Geordy updates files based on the cadence you've set for each URL. Here's what affects update timing:
- • Cadence setting: Determines how often a URL is eligible for scanning
- • Priority level: Prioritized URLs are processed first in the queue
- • Credit availability: Scans pause if you've reached your monthly credit limit
- • Queue position: URLs are processed in order based on priority and next scheduled run time
